For a man to be manly, a woman needs to be womanly

I won't be bringing up men again. Well, actually, we do discuss them occasionally, but let it be our little secret within a women’s circle.

The catchy phrase up top is all about finding balance and embracing our true selves as women. It's about blooming with lightness, loving ourselves and the world wholeheartedly. Embrace every part of who you are — let it all out, whether it's a roar, a cry, or a burst of joy.

Once I grasped this truth and started being true to myself, a whole new world of possibilities opened up before me.

My story

Hi, I am Ruslana (it’s Ukrainian).

Once, I believed that the worst scenario in my life would be getting married and having a GIRL. After all, girls (women) are complex, painful, and cruel. Giving birth is the ultimate suffering and the most ungrateful sacrifice. And marriage is bound to end in separation, with broken dishes and a hardened heart. So why even bother going down that path?

My inherent beliefs and upbringing dictated that all men are jerks. A woman is a rival to another woman, whether she's your daughter or your best friend. To survive, you must be cunning; money is only found by those who save; and a man, in case of anything, should be left with nothing. Depressing? To say the least.

My life now is the complete opposite of those beliefs. I have found a different path. I have rewritten the script for myself and all future generations. On my path, I came across some highly effective mindfulness practices that positively change your conscious and subconscious mind, rise vibrations, and cultivate kindness and compassion.

As a result, my first childbirth was a fearless experience filled with gratitude. And of course, I love women. Our diverse, but similarly powerful nature.

A good friend once said, "Stop being selfish, you have to share it."

Here I am, manifesting my dreams, embracing femininity, mindfulness, and motherhood.
